Hi! My name is Verity…
…and I am the artist behind Painting Tails. I have always loved art and when the dreaded Covid hit us, one positive was that I had time to reignite my passion, and Painting Tails was born.
Although I will happily accept most commissions and have painted all manner of things, my favorite subjects have to be your pets - from horses to chickens, I love them all. My inspiration for this comes from my own furbaby, a food loving, water loving, ball loving lunatic Labrador. I have had dogs (and cats too!) all my life, so I know first hand what your pet means to your family. You can rest assured that I will capture not only their likeness but their personality in my paintings. When not painting, I can be found clocking up the miles and enjoying the fresh air in the surrounding countryside with my faithful friend or at a garden centre with my long-suffering husband!
